Enjoy this one – it’s great for dessert or for breakfast! Whisk together the flour, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. In a separate bowl, put the butter, eggs and vanilla and mix until smooth. Slowly add in your dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Finally, add in the blueberries and chips and gently stir with a wooden spoon until they’re evenly distributed. Pour your batter into your prepared pan and bake at 350 for about an hour and 10 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Move to a wire rack and let it cool in the pan for another 5-10 minutes, then remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on the rack. Super simple – mostly just combining the ingredients – and delicious!Ingredients

Blueberry Chocolate Chip Loaf
I’m actually trying to watch my weight (ok, I’m not trying super hard, but I am trying), so I wanted to make something that’s easily freezable. Here I combined blueberries (fruit, healthy!), and chocolate chips (maybe…less healthy? But tasty!).
