This recipe uses a handful of Butterfinger candy bars, along with a bunch of other good stuff, to make a cookie/cake-like version of the Butterfinger bar. If you like Butterfingers, you’ll love these. If you don’t…why are you still reading this?? In a smaller bowl pour the milk, butter, vegetable oil and one of the eggs and whisk until the butter is melted and everything is well combined (I zapped the butter in the microwave first to give it a head start in melting). Take your wet ingredients and pour them into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Mix until combined, then add in the vanilla and the second egg and once again mix until combined. Finally, add in the peanut butter and mix again until well combined. Roughly chop 4 ½ of the Butterfingers and stir them along with a cup of the chips into the batter until they are well distributed. Grease a 9” x 13” baking dish and pour the batter in there. Chop up the remaining 1 ½ Butterfingers and sprinkle them along with the remaining half cup of chips over the top. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 minutes, or until it starts to crisp around the edges and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out dry. Move the pan to a wire rack to cool completely, cut into bars and enjoy!!Ingredients

Butterfinger Cake Bars
I’ve said before, I’m not a huge candy eater, but I do love using candy as an ingredient in cakes and cookies.
