This one is basically a version of my chocolate chip cookie and it is super easy and super delicious. Put the butter in the mug and zap for a little until the butter is mostly melted. Next, add the sugars, vanilla and salt and mix with a spoon until combined. Next add in the egg yolk and flour and mix again with your spoon until everything is well combined. Finally, add in your chips and toffee bits and stir until they are well distributed. Put the mug back in the microwave and cook for about a minute, or until the cookie cake is nice and puffed up, and looks dry. Take it out, let it cool for a minute or two and enjoy! I’ll tell you, it doesn’t look like much, but it tastes terrific!
