Plus…they’re delicious.
Ingredients
- 1 banana (ripe but not overripe)
- 10 strawberries with the tops cut off
- 2 cups Greek vanilla yogurt
- 1 T maple syrup
Directions
Put your banana and strawberries into a blender and spin the heck out of those things until the mixture is liquid.Put your Greek yogurt and maple syrup into a large bowl, add in your strawberry/banana juice and whisk until well combined.

Put the bowl in the fridge for about an hour to thicken up a little.
When you’re ready, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon small discs (maybe about the width of a quarter) onto the sheet. You’re not cooking these but they still are liquid-y and they’ll spread a little bit before they freeze, so leave a little bit of space between them.
Pop the cookie sheet into the freezer for 3-4 hours, and that’s it – you’re done! You have delicious little treats that you can pop into your mouth and eat guilt-free!
Makes about 200 treats, but since they’re just fruit and yogurt you can absolutely eat just as many as you want!
