Strawberry Banana Frozen Fruit Discs

These bite-sized treats are incredibly easy to make, you don’t mess up any bowls, and are probably healthier than anything else I’ve possibly ever made.  You don’t even add any sugar!

Plus…they’re delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana (ripe but not overripe)
  • 10 strawberries with the tops cut off
  • 2 cups Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 1 T maple syrup

Directions

Put your banana and strawberries into a blender and spin the heck out of those things until the mixture is liquid.

Put your Greek yogurt and maple syrup into a large bowl, add in your strawberry/banana juice and whisk until well combined.  IMG_9368IMG_9372IMG_9375Put the bowl in the fridge for about an hour to thicken up a little.

When you’re ready, line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spoon small discs (maybe about the width of a quarter) onto the sheet.  You’re not cooking these but they still are liquid-y and they’ll spread a little bit before they freeze, so leave a little bit of space between them.IMG_9377

Pop the cookie sheet into the freezer for 3-4 hours, and that’s it – you’re done!  You have delicious little treats that you can pop into your mouth and eat guilt-free!

Makes about 200 treats, but since they’re just fruit and yogurt you can absolutely eat just as many as you want!IMG_9414IMG_9418
