I know, I know. Candy corn is polarizing. People either love it or really, really detest it.
If you’re in the latter group, this recipe ain’t for you.
But I love cany corn, so here we go!
Ingredients
- 2 bags (11 oz. each) of candy corn + additional for sprinkling on top
- 1 bag (12 oz.) of white chocolate chips
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (ish) regular m&m’s (dealer’s choice…you’re the dealer – you can also choose to leave this part out entirely)
Directions
Ok, this isn’t really baking, it’s more just mixing and melting. But sometimes it’s nice to make the really easy ones, right?Pour your candy corn, white chocolate chips, peanut butter (ok, scoop that one) and sweetened condensed milk into a pot.
Heat over a low heat, stirring regularly, until everything is melted.
Liberally spray a 10” x 7” baking dish and pour your melted mixture into the dish. Smooth it out so that it’s roughly flat.
Sprinkle your m&m’s and extra candy corns over the top of the still warm mixture and refrigerate the whole thing until it’s set (figure a couple hours).

Once it’s set, cut into pieces and enjoy! I’d recommend, as with most fudge, to cut the pieces small – they’ll be a bit rich!
