Tiramisu is awesome! Here’s a simple way to enjoy it, one little bite at a time!
Ingredients
- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 T powdered sugar
- 1 container (8 oz.) mascarpone cheese
- 1/3 cup coffee (brewed, not beans or ground)
- 1 T + 1 t Kahlua (or other coffee liquor)
- Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting
Directions
This one is pretty easy, but people will think you worked a lot harder than you did!
First off, crush your ladyfingers in a food processor, so you have ladyfinger crumbs.

Pour them into a bowl, then add your powdered sugar, mascarpone cheese, coffee and Kahlua.

Wash your hands (important step!), then get in there and really just mush everything together.

Once you have something resembling a paste, roll the dough into balls. Place the balls on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and put in the fridge for at least a half hour to hour to firm up.

When your ready, pour your unsweetened cocoa powder into a bowl and, one by one, roll your tiramisu balls in the cocoa, covering each completely.

And…that’s it! Put ‘em in a bowl and serve! Refrigerate any that aren’t being eaten.
Makes about 28 tiramisu bites (depending of course on how big you make each one!)
