Ugly Advice – Lining Pans and Being Lazy

This is an example of me just being lazy.   Cleaning some of these pans is a pain (stuff always sticks to them), so instead just line them with aluminum foil and put all the ingredients on top.   It makes for a little less uniform presentation, but by now you should have figured out that Ugly Desserts isn’t about how everything looks, but all about how it actually tastes.

So save yourself some cleanup time and line your pans when you can.
